# Privacy Policy — ShipMobile

## Information we collect

- **Account information** (email, full name if you choose to share via Apple Sign In)
- **Account information** (email address, optional display name)
- **Authentication tokens** (encrypted on-device via iOS Keychain / Android Keystore)
- **Usage analytics** (anonymous event names, no PII unless you opt in)
- **Crash diagnostics** (stack traces, device model, OS version — no PII)
- **Purchase records** (subscription status, transaction IDs from the App Store / Play Store)

- Diagnose crashes and improve reliability
- Understand aggregate product usage to prioritize features
- Comply with legal obligations

## AI provider consent

If you use AI features in ShipMobile, your input is sent to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, fal.ai, Replicate, or others as configured). You must explicitly consent before the first AI request, and you can revoke consent at any time in Settings. Each provider processes data per its own terms; ShipMobile does not retain your inputs beyond what's required to compute a response.

## Data deletion

You can request account deletion in-app at any time (Settings → Delete account). Your data enters a 7-day grace period during which you can sign in to cancel. After 7 days, all data is permanently deleted from our systems.

## Tracking

ShipMobile does NOT track you across other companies' apps or websites. We do not use IDFA for advertising.

## Children's privacy

ShipMobile is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
