By using ShipMobile, you agree to these terms.

## 2. Use of the service

- You must be 13 or older to use ShipMobile.
- You are responsible for the content you submit and the actions you take in the app.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
- You may not use ShipMobile for illegal activities.

## 3. Subscriptions and purchases

ShipMobile offers in-app purchases through Apple's App Store and Google Play Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions in your App Store / Google Play account settings.


## 4. AI features

When using AI features, your input is processed by third-party AI providers under their own terms. ShipMobile does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content. You are responsible for verifying any output before relying on it.

## 5. Disclaimer

ShipMobile is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

## 6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShipMobile Team is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ShipMobile.

## 7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
